Policies

General

- Please allow 48 hours for us to reach out after filling out a cake order form.

- Order forms submitted on Thursday or Friday may answered the following week.

- Orders that are placed within 7 days of their fulfillment date may be subject to rush order rates proportional to urgency.

- Deposits are non-refundable. If a refund is requested within 72 hours of the fulfillment date, we may recover ingredient cost from the refund amount.

- We reserve the right to require a deposit for any order; it is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.

- Please arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. Give us a call if needed. (828) 838-8053

- We reserve the right to cancel, rescind, or refuse service to any individual or entity. We will notify the party in a timely manner.

- Prices are subject to change without notice, based on increases to actual cost. For example, if we estimate the cost of a topper to be $20, and the actual cost is $50, we may adjust pricing accordingly.

- We are not responsible for damage to the cake and/or cake structures after it leaves our hands. Please drive with an abundance of caution when transporting the cake.

Wedding Orders

- It is preferred that a Wedding order be placed no sooner than two months from the Wedding date. If the date is sooner, we may work into our schedule as able.

- Our optional Wedding Cake Tasting Package includes 4 fully-decorated 4" cakes, serving 4 slices each. The cost begins at $100. Add-ons and upgrades are available.

- A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve the fulfillment date.

Allergen Information

It is the responsibility of the client to list any allergies on your Order Form so we can ensure that you are getting a product that is mindful of yours or your guests' allergen needs. Products from Red Bird Cake Studio may have exposure to various nuts, wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, coconut, and soy in the baking facility.

Communication

The Baker often communicates via email or phone to confirm the needs of the order, pick-up/delivery times, or specify any specialized information pertaining to the order itself. Please make sure the contact information on the Order Form is up-to-date and accurate.
